The Full Story

About Me

I came to yoga 7 years ago, after suffering with stress and exhaustion.

The doctor suggested trying yoga, I laughed (honestly, I did) but after putting my ego to one side

I  attended my first class in 2015 , well that proved a success!


After reaping the benefits and getting back on track I wanted be able to give back to people the experiences I learned - for those dealing with stress, anxiety, worry, insomnia plus much more - I knew the benefits this practice brought. There’s no shame in self care and self love and being venerable.


Yoga, for me, is not about head stands or banging out 50 vinyasa's - we work together

to nourish and nurture - and all with a giggle and a smile.



So let’s put one thing straight… yoga is not about being able to touch your toes and is more than bending into weird and wonderful shapes.


My teaching style is focused towards mental health and improved wellbeing.


Practices based in Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), these practices help us to really connect back to our soul, allowing the body and mind to relax.
